The Efficiency Group is pleased to announce it has been selected by the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) to provide Lean Six Sigma consulting services in support of continuous improvement projects for various TriMet departmental processes. This multi-year effort will support TriMet in engaging in continuous organizational improvement using Lean Six Sigma techniques.
The Efficiency Group is a small, minority-owned, 8(a) training and consulting firm founded in 2015. Our proprietary methodology helps government agencies maximize productivity by streamlining processes, documenting procedures, and training staff to embrace a culture of continuous improvement. We’ve worked with the National Institute of Health, Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, and others to increase productivity, erase liabilities created by employee turnover, and energize staff to make changes that benefit themselves and their agency.
